About Sports and Cultural Department- GUNI

Ganpat University’s Sports and Cultural Department has state of art sports facilities in the form of Vikram Neil Sports complex. The core facilities include Olympic size swimming pool, indoor badminton court, indoor basketball court, squash, modern gymnasium, indoor volleyball court, indoor kabaddi court, lawn tennis courts, cricket ground, football ground, 400 meter running track, etc. Students of Ganpat University regularly participate in all sports events at west zone and all India events in Sports. Ganpat University students have won many more accolades at national and international level in sports in the last few years. With regards to cultural activities, Ganpat University has organized multiple AIU events such as SAUFEST (Youth festival for Universities from South Asian countries) in 2018 and 32nd West Zone Unifest in 2017. Ganpat University has world class infrastructure for organization of national and international level cultural activities

With a view to having a holistic development among students, Ganpat University sports & cultural department emphasizes significantly on sports and culture related activities while meeting the quality delivery of academics. The Department encourages students to attain sporting and art excellence and provides all necessary facilities and equipment for developing and maintaining physical fitness plus nurturing their artistic talent. The University offers an extensive range of sports and cultural activity classes throughout the academic sessions across all the programs. Qualified staff and trainers deliver programs for all ages, tastes, and abilities. There are separate coaches for all the sports and cultural activities who groom the students and train them rigorously to compete at national level. All facilities meet International Standards, which helps students to attain required skills.
