Competitions

Theatre Categories & Rules

Guidelines and rules for theatre events.

One Act Play

Only one entry shall be accepted from each Institution. The duration of the play should be 25 to 30 minutes. Stage setup time: 10 minutes.

Skit

Only one team per institute will be allowed. Maximum number of participants is 6. Performance duration: 8 to 10 minutes.

Mime

Only one entry per institute will be entertained. Maximum number of participants is 6. Performance duration: 4 to 5 minutes.

Mimicry

Each student artist shall be given 5 minutes. The item can be in English, Hindi, or Gujarati. Sound effects can be used.
